    Description

    Help Greater Boston nonprofits thrive by joining our team of experienced volunteer management consultants. At SOAR, you will work alongside accomplished peers to develop strategic solutions for local agencies while expanding your professional network and expertise.

    Training & Development

    Selected candidates participate in a comprehensive eight-week orientation (5 hours per week). This program covers:

    • Nonprofit structure and finance
    • Strategic planning and program evaluation
    • Relationship management and consulting skills

    Qualifications of SOAR Management Consultants:

    • Must reside in the Greater Boston area
    • At least 15 years of significant executive/professional level experience or relevant specialized skills
    • Experience in the nonprofit, private or public sectors
    • An ability to collaborate with consultants from diverse backgrounds
    • A desire for new challenges and professional growth

    In collaboration with our clients, you may engage in strategic planning, board development, financial analysis, and needs assessments and more!
