Non-Profit Internships 2026 — Global Opportunity
Friendship Force International (FFI) offers experience-building opportunities for students and recent graduates seeking hands-on experience in a small, international non-profit environment.
- Fully remote, part-time internships
- Work on research, events, communications, development projects, and the day-to-day administrative and operational tasks that support a global nonprofit organization (prior experience in all areas is not expected)
- Open to students and recent graduates worldwide
- 5 -10 hours per week
- A strong opportunity to gain non-profit experience and build a global career from anywhere.
- Support a small, close-knit, multicultural and multilingual nonprofit team
Friendship Force International is active in approximately 60 countries and promotes international friendship and understanding through cultural exchange. Interns support a small, multicultural and multilingual team working across a range of operational and development activities. Areas of involvement may include:
- Research and information gathering
- Administrative and data support
- Communications with members
- Fundraising support activities
- Event and project coordination
This role is best suited to someone who is organised, reliable, communicates proactively, and is comfortable working independently in a remote setting. We ideally seek interns who can commit for 9 months to allow for meaningful learning and contribution. However, we are open to 4 month placements where needed.
Compensation
Unpaid. This internship is currently unpaid, but provides real-world project ownership and strong resume-building experience within a global nonprofit organization. Interns receive a reference from the President and CEO upon successful completion.
