Faeryland’s Farm is a dedicated animal sanctuary that specializes in rescuing animals and providing them with a loving and safe home. Our mission extends beyond rescue as we use our animals, particularly goats, to educate the public, provide therapeutic experiences, and bring joy to various communities. Our animals visit assisted-living homes, schools, libraries, and museums, work closely with autistic individuals, participate in events such as goat yoga, birthday parties, and other engagements, and host private and group educational sessions and goat cuddling experiences on the farm.

• *Job Description:**

We are seeking a passionate and enthusiastic Volunteer Social Media Influencer to join our team. This volunteer will play a crucial role in increasing Faeryland’s Farm’s visibility and engagement across various social media platforms. This position involves creating engaging content that highlights our mission, showcases our animals, and promotes our events and educational programs.

• *Responsibilities:**
• **Content Creation:** Develop creative and engaging posts across all social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, TikTok, and YouTube) featuring our animals and activities.
• **Storytelling:** Share compelling stories about the animals we rescue and the impact of our educational and therapeutic programs.
• **Photography and Videography:** Capture high-quality photos and videos of our animals during events, therapy sessions, and daily activities on the farm.
• **Community Engagement:** Respond to comments and messages in a timely manner, fostering an online community that is supportive and engaged with our mission.
• **Event Promotion:** Actively promote upcoming events, such as goat yoga, birthday parties, educational groups, and private goat cuddling sessions.
• **Analytics:** Track and analyze the performance of social media posts, making data-driven recommendations for improving engagement and reach.
• **Collaborations:** Work with our team to develop collaborations with other influencers, organizations, and community partners to expand our reach.
• **Content Calendar:** Maintain a content calendar to ensure consistent posting and alignment with Faeryland’s Farm’s goals and events.
• *Qualifications:**
• **Passion for Animals:** A genuine love for animals and a strong alignment with Faeryland’s Farm’s mission.
• **Social Media Savvy:** Proven experience in managing and growing social media accounts.
• **Creativity:** Strong creative skills in content creation, including photography, videography, and graphic design.
• **Communication Skills:** Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage diverse audiences.
• **Reliability:** Self-motivated, able to work independently, and adhere to deadlines.
• **Flexibility:** Willingness to attend events and visit the farm regularly for content creation.
• **Experience:** Previous experience in social media management, marketing, or communications is preferred but not required.
