    Reports To: Administrative Supervisor

    Work Environment: Remote

    Position Summary

    The Administrative Officer Intern participates in a structured, hands-on learning experience focused on administrative operations and organizational support.

    This role provides exposure to communication coordination, scheduling processes, document organization, and internal administrative workflows within a supervised and guided environment.

    Participants may engage at different levels within this role based on the program’s tiered structure (Foundational, Intermediate, Advanced), depending on prior experience, engagement, and program needs.

    Learning Focus Areas

    Participants in this role will gain exposure to:

    • Administrative systems and internal workflows
    • Scheduling and coordination processes
    • Document organization and record management
    • Professional communication practices

    Program Activities

    Participants may engage in:

    • Supporting administrative tracking and documentation
    • Assisting with scheduling and coordination activities
    • Participating in document preparation and organization
    • Observing administrative procedures and workflows
    • Communicating questions or observations to program leadership

    All activities are conducted within a supervised and guided learning environment.

    Participation Expectations

    • Engage consistently in program activities and sessions
    • Maintain communication with program coordinators and leadership
    • Participate in a structured learning environment

    Qualifications

    Education / Background

    Candidates may include:

    • Students, recent graduates, or early-career professionals
    • Individuals seeking experience in administrative or business operations

    Skills & Abilities

    • Strong written and verbal communication
    • Organizational and time-management skills
    • Attention to detail
    • Familiarity with Google Workspace or Microsoft Office

    Remote environment with virtual collaboration and structured sessions.
