Description
NAMI Indiana is the state organization of the National Alliance on Mental Illness. We are a grassroots public charity helping people living with serious mental illnesses, their families and friends.
The treasurer is responsible for budget tracking, understanding reimbursement and check request procedures of NAMI Indiana, sending donation or membership payments to NAMI Indiana, working with NAMI Indiana to provide receipts and other requests as needed.
The treasurer, like all other steering committee members, is expected to attend steering committee meetings for the affiliate as organized by the chair.
The treasurer will receive orientation and relevant training through NAMI Indiana.
