Make a Difference Behind the Scenes

Wings Over Virginia Hospice is seeking caring and dependable Office Volunteers to help support our patients, families, and clinical team.

While our nurses and caregivers provide compassionate care in the field, office volunteers help keep our mission moving forward by assisting with important administrative tasks.

Volunteer Responsibilities May Include:

• Preparing and organizing patient and volunteer materials
• Assembling admission and informational packets
• Filing, copying, and scanning documents
• Answering phones and greeting visitors
• Assisting with mailings, cards, and bereavement projects
• Supporting community events and special projects
• Data entry and general office organization

We're Looking For Individuals Who Are:

✓ Friendly and dependable

✓ Organized and detail-oriented

✓ Comfortable working in an office environment

✓ Looking for a meaningful way to give back to the community

✓ Able to volunteer a few hours each week

No medical experience is required. Training and support will be provided.
