    Description

    Cakes, cookies & companionship

Capital City Hospice invites you to join their team of caring, compassionate volunteers to spend time with patients--reading, watching TV, reminiscing, playing cards, or listening to music. Our volunteers also make a difference to our patients and families by baking cookies, cakes and cupcakes for special occasions, especially for patients' birthdays.

Any time and talents you can share are most appreciated! Our patients live in assisted living and skilled nursing facilities as well as their own homes, and our volunteers may choose the patients they would like to visit.

If CAKES, COOKIES & COMPANIONSHIP strike a note with you, please consider joining our team to make a sweet difference in the lives of our patients.
