    Description

    Harley's Hope, a 15 year old, Colorado-based, animal safety net charity, is working to keep pets and people together. We are seeking an experienced finance person to serve as our Board Treasurer. Knowledge of nonprofit management and QuickBooks software is highly desirable.

    The Treasurer serves as the chief financial officer, reconciling monthly expenses and income, helping prepare the annual budget, presenting financial reports at Board meetings, and filing the annual Form 990. This is a Board Officer position.

    The Board of Directors meets virtually once a month, with periodic in-person meetings required.
