    Workforce Development: Student Stylist/Client Appointment Volunteer

    The Student Stylist/Client Appointment Volunteer provides personalized support to Reading Connections students by guiding them in selecting professional interview and work attire that aligns with their individual style, fit, and career goals. Helping them feel confident, prepared, and empowered as they step into the workforce.

    Instructions:

    Duties & Requirements

    • Warmly greet students, creating a welcoming and respectful environment.
    • Assist students in selecting, trying on, and coordinating professional outfits.
    • Provide encouragement and support to build confidence.
    • Keep space organized by returning unused clothing to racks and keeping displays neat

    Expectations:

    • Demonstrate kindness, patience, and respect toward all students.
    • Maintain confidentiality and handle student information with care.
    • Serve as a positive ambassador for Reading Connections at all times.

    Qualifications:

    • Friendly, compassionate, and committed to providing excellent service.
    • Strong sense of style with attention to detail.
    • Physically able to stand, move, and assist with light organizational tasks
