    We are in need of LGBT+ volunteers to lead online services to provide connection, belonging, and community to our members.

    By leading a group session online, you are offering support and encouragement, helping all our attendees feel more authentically themselves as LGBT+ people.

    We envision you welcoming the attendees, providing an ice breaker and then allowing each attendee to be heard.
