    Description

    T.R.U.S.T ACADEMY

    About the Opportunity

    • *T.R.U.S.T. Academy** is an innovative non-profit program serving up to 160 students annually. We blend a rigorous STEM curriculum and business training with a specialized focus on sports medicine, all while anchoring our youth in mental wellness. Our holistic model goes beyond the classroom: we showcase student achievements on our dedicated 24-hour Roku network, and we actively stabilize households through our Family & Community Support Fund, providing temporary financial aid paired with financial literacy coaching.

To fuel our growth and expand our reach, we are looking for dedicated, skilled volunteers to join our development team. If you are a natural connector, a compelling writer, or a fundraising strategist, your skills can directly change the trajectory of our youth and their families.

    Key Responsibilities

We are looking for individuals who can champion one or more of the following areas:

Grant Writing & Research: Identify funding opportunities and draft compelling grant proposals for corporate, foundation, and government entities aligned with youth development, STEM, and family wellness.

Fundraising Strategy: Help design and execute sponsorship packages, individual giving campaigns, and community fundraising initiatives.

Networking & Partnerships: Serve as an ambassador to introduce our mission to local business leaders, philanthropies, and key stakeholders to build long-term support.

    Qualifications

    * Experience or strong interest in nonprofit development, grant writing, corporate sales, or community organizing.

    * Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.

    * A passion for youth empowerment, equity, education, and holistic community support.

    * Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote/hybrid environment.
