    Description

    Executive Assistant

Let's Feed NY Inc. is seeking an Executive Assistant to work directly with Founder and President Ian Codio. This is a high-trust role at the center of a fast-growing 501(c)(3) nonprofit fighting food insecurity across NYC and Long Island.

You will manage the Founder's communications, track grant deadlines and follow-ups, prepare for meetings with partners and funders, coordinate scheduling across multiple workstreams, and help keep leadership focused on the highest-impact priorities each week.

This role gives you a front-row seat to everything that happens inside a scaling nonprofit — from CDFI outreach and warehouse operations to partnerships with Island Harvest, City Harvest, and Amazon.

Responsibilities include managing email correspondence and calendar, tracking active grant applications and deadlines, preparing agendas and materials for funder and partner meetings, maintaining organized files and documents, coordinating between internal teams and external contacts, and handling any task the Founder needs done quickly and accurately.

Ideal for a college student or early-career professional in business, nonprofit management, communications, or public administration looking to gain real executive-level experience. You must be responsive, reliable, and comfortable working at a fast pace.
