    4/11 Ecological Restoration Volunteer Day at Orchard View Park, Delray Beach

    Join the Institute for Regional Conservation and the City of Delray Beach to restore the tropical hammock at Orchard View Park! On Saturday, April 11th come volunteer with us where participants will remove invasive plant species that are causing harm hammock.

    There is no experience required! So grab a friend and come out to help repair the tropical hardwood hammock ecosystem at Orchard View Park. Whether this is your first volunteer event with us or you're a repeat volunteer, we are so excited to have you join the IRC family and see how much fun habitat restoration can be!

    Please be sure to RSVP if you want to sign up to participate in this event.

    You must wear closed toed shoes, and comfortable outdoor clothing, as you will be in full sun. We also recommend wearing a hat and sunscreen! Please bring a reusable water bottle and anything else that may make you comfortable in the outdoors! We will provide the rest.
