    Who We Are

At Creshendo, we believe that everyone deserves a chance to belong, rebuild, and rise. We co-create solutions with displaced communities—always listening, collaborating, and centering lived experiences. Fueled by integrity, empathy, and curiosity, we're building innovative and inclusive programs that reimagine what's possible for displaced people everywhere. If you're excited to challenge the status quo and help transform lives, you'll feel at home here.

    About the Role

Creshendo is an early-stage, global nonprofit working with migrant and refugee communities across storytelling, integration, and economic mobility.

We are looking for an Insights and Publishing Manager to build and run the system that turns program data into clear, public-facing insights.

Our teams are generating meaningful work on the ground. This role ensures that what we learn is captured, translated, and shared in a way that is consistent, thoughtful, and useful.

This is a hands-on role for someone who can bring structure to complexity and move work from idea to publication.

    What You’ll Do

    1.Insights Development

    • Work with M&E leads across Integration and Storytelling
    • Translate program data into clear insights on impact and trends
    • Identify patterns across participants, programs, and geographies

    2.Publishing and Editorial

    • Manage monthly Substack publishing
    • Define themes and guide content direction
    • Edit and shape content to ensure clarity and quality

    3.Workflow and Systems

    • Manage the publishing process from idea to publication
    • Track drafts, contributors, and timelines
    • Maintain a consistent and realistic publishing cadence

    4.Contributor Coordination

    • Work with internal contributors across teams
    • Support external writers where relevant
    • Ensure alignment with timelines and editorial standards

    Who You Are

    • Strong in writing, editing, or content strategy
    • Able to translate data and ideas into clear, compelling insights
    • Organized and comfortable managing multiple workstreams
    • Detail-oriented with strong follow-through
    • Interested in migration, storytelling, and social impact
    • Comfortable working in an early-stage environment

    Time Commitment

    • Volunteer role
    • Estimated 6–10 hours per week

    Why This Role Matters

Creshendo is building programs shaped by the communities we serve. This role ensures that what we learn does not stay internal.

    • You will help turn program data into insight, insight into narrative, and narrative into influence.
