Looking for someone who enjoys working with a diverse population as our visitors come from all over the world and from different cultures. Patience and hospitality are attributes that would be beneficial in this role.
Description
Anyone who truly loves the historic wild west, would enjoy volunteering at the Tombstone Courthouse State Historic Park. The Visitor Services Volunteer will provide excellent customer service skills by welcoming visitors to the Park, processing entrance fees, gift shop sales, and responding to questions pertaining to the history of the Courthouse. All COVID-19 protocols are strictly adhered to, i.e. social distancing and wearing face masks when social distancing is not possible.
There may be times when the volunteer can participate in special events through the wearing of historic apparel and performing dramatic reenactments. This would strictly be voluntary.
