FOUND is seeking a Social Media Manager to oversee and manage the organization's social media presence across all platforms. This role is responsible for ensuring that content aligns with FOUND's mission, maintaining a consistent brand voice, and driving audience engagement and growth.
What you’ll do
- Oversee and manage FOUND's social media platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, and other channels as applicable).
- Develop and maintain a content strategy and posting schedule across platforms.
- Review, coordinate, and support content creation to ensure consistency in messaging and branding.
- Monitor platform performance and engagement metrics and identify opportunities for growth.
- Stay informed on social media trends and recommend strategies to increase reach and community engagement.
- Collaborate with team members to promote programs, events, and organizational initiatives.
What We’re Looking For
- Strong understanding of social media platforms and best practices.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and project management skills.
- Experience managing social media accounts and content strategies.
- Familiarity with social media analytics and engagement tracking.
- Ability to commit 5–10 hours per week (flexible schedule). Minimum commitment of 6 months preferred.
