    About Us

F.O.U.N.D. is a nonprofit supporting people navigating life’s "pauses" - moments of change due to relocation, visa status, caregiving, or personal transitions. Our mission is to offer care-based, multilingual, and community-rooted support.

FOUND is seeking a Social Media Manager to oversee and manage the organization's social media presence across all platforms. This role is responsible for ensuring that content aligns with FOUND's mission, maintaining a consistent brand voice, and driving audience engagement and growth.

    What you’ll do

    • Oversee and manage FOUND's social media platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, and other channels as applicable).
    • Develop and maintain a content strategy and posting schedule across platforms.
    • Review, coordinate, and support content creation to ensure consistency in messaging and branding.
    • Monitor platform performance and engagement metrics and identify opportunities for growth.
    • Stay informed on social media trends and recommend strategies to increase reach and community engagement.
    • Collaborate with team members to promote programs, events, and organizational initiatives.

    What We’re Looking For

    • Strong understanding of social media platforms and best practices.
    • Excellent communication, organizational, and project management skills.
    • Experience managing social media accounts and content strategies.
    • Familiarity with social media analytics and engagement tracking.
    • Ability to commit 5–10 hours per week (flexible schedule). Minimum commitment of 6 months preferred.

    What You'll Gain

    • Opportunity to make a meaningful impact in a mission-driven nonprofit organization.
    • Leadership experience in social media strategy and community engagement.
    • Portfolio-building opportunities through campaign development and content creation.
    • Collaboration with a passionate and supportive volunteer team.
