4–6 hours weekly for 2–3 months. Event Team Members will help plan, organize, and promote MindGlow Hub events blending psychology, art, and community engagement.

MindGlow Hub is where psychology meets art. We create projects and exhibitions that blend emotional wellbeing with creativity — making mental health more expressive and inclusive.
We’re looking for Event Team Member Volunteers to help plan and organize our upcoming community events and art-psychology workshops
Responsibilities
Assist in planning and coordination of on-ground and virtual events
Communicate with artists, psychologists, and volunteers
Help with setup, registrations, and creative ideas for sessions
Contribute to event promotion and outreach planning
Skills / Qualifications
- Good coordination & communication skills
- Team-oriented and proactive
- Interest in event management, psychology, or creative work
- Open to learning and sharing new ideas
