    Description

    Clinical Community Health Worker (CCHW)

    PREP ED PROGRAMS INC. (P.E.P. INC.) is seeking dedicated and compassionate volunteers to serve as Clinical Community Health Workers in the Long Beach and South Bay areas.

    As a volunteer, you will play a key role in promoting the health and well-being of local residents by connecting individuals to essential information, resources, and support services. Volunteers will also help guide individuals transitioning from hospitalization or homelessness toward stability and long-term wellness.

    This is a rewarding opportunity to make a meaningful difference in your community while gaining hands-on experience in public health and community outreach.
