* If younger than 16, an adult needs to be present. Be able to lift 20-50lbs, or possibly stand for long hours. Various roles available from registration, photo booths, flower garden, set up/cleanup, volunteer check in, route cheer leaders, etc.
Description
The Alzheimer's Association Walk to End Alzheimer's is the world's largest fundraiser for Alzheimer's care, support and research. This inspiring event calls on participants of all ages and abilities to join the fight against the disease.
Join us as an event volunteer! We are looking for individuals to help our event run smoothly. There are many different roles to best fit your interest, including:
- Set up (tables, tents, chairs)
- Posting signs and banners
- Welcoming participants
- Passing out snacks, event materials
- Route marshals/cheer squad
- Tear Down (tables, tents chairs)
