    Description

    Chief Operations Officer ( COO)

    The Chief Operating Officer (COO) at FoundHer is responsible for translating vision into execution. This role oversees day-to-day operations, drives organizational efficiency, and ensures that programs, partnerships, and internal systems run seamlessly across chapters.

    Working closely with the Founder, the COO provides strategic and operational leadership to scale FoundHer as a high-impact ecosystem for female founders across Africa. This includes building structures, coordinating teams, and ensuring consistent delivery of initiatives across all touchpoints.
