    Description

Farmers Market Volunteer (Mandarin Translation) at Mt. Vernon Triangle

Volunteer at the Mt. Vernon Triangle Farmers Market on Saturdays!

FRESHFARM builds a more equitable, sustainable, and resilient food system in the Mid-Atlantic region through hands-on education, farmers markets, farm stands, and food distribution programs. Join our team as a Farmers Market Volunteer!

We are currently in great need of volunteers that can speak both Mandarin and English, to assist with translations and customer service at our farmers market information tent. Volunteers will assist FRESHFARM Market Staff to communicate the details of vital food access programs to our market customers that speak Mandarin. Volunteers are needed at our Mount Vernon Triangle Farmers Market on Saturdays (9am-1pm, year-round),

We are also in need of volunteers at our CityCenterDC Farmers Market on Tuesdays (11am-2pm, May-October).
