    • Stewardship: Ensure all donor gifts are acknowledged on a timely basis and that restricted gifts are used specifically in accordance with donor requirements.
    • Privacy: Uphold strict donor confidentiality; ensure donor lists are never rented, sold, or exchanged with other organizations.

    Event Fundraising

    • Signature Events: Oversee the financial strategy for major fundraising events, including the End-of-Year Gala, Golf Tournament, and Tea Party.
    • Collaboration: Work closely with the Event & Logistics Director to ensure events remain within budget while maximizing net revenue.

    Compliance & Ethics

    • Ethical Practice: Ensure PWP does not engage in compensation-based fundraising based on a percentage of charitable contributions raised.
    • Transparency: Ensure solicitations and promotional materials are accurate, truthful, and clearly describe the programs for which funds are requested.

    Outcomes & KPIs

    • Revenue Growth: Achieve a year-over-year increase in unrestricted funds by [Insert %] through diversified revenue streams.
