    Description

    HEARTLAND HOSPICE IS CURRENTLY LOOKING FOR VOLUNTEERS TO VISIT WITH OUR PATIENTS

    Do you have a kind heart and a little time to share? We're looking for compassionate volunteers to provide companionship and support to our hospice patients in our community.

    As a hospice volunteer, you might;

    -Visit with patients and provide friendly conversation

    -Read books, play games, or listen to music together

    -Sit quietly & offer comforting companionship

    -Give family caregivers a chance to take a short break

    -Help ensure no one feels alone during this stage of life

    No medical experience is required. We provide comprehensive training and ongoing support, and volunteers choose a schedule that fits their availability.
