The Light We Carry Foundation supports families experiencing pregnancy, infant, and child loss through financial assistance, remembrance, resources, and community.

We're looking for a compassionate, organized volunteer to help us build a meaningful resource library for grieving families as we prepare to expand our services in 2027.

What You'll Help With:

• Research trusted grief support resources, counseling services, support groups, books, and organizations.
• Build an Idaho resource directory and a national resource collection.
• Organize resources by pregnancy, infant, and child loss.
• Help create simple, downloadable guides families can turn to when they need support.
• Verify contact information, services, and resource availability.
• Organize everything so it's ready for our founder to review in December.

You'd Be a Great Fit If You:

• Are compassionate, detail-oriented, and organized.
• Enjoy researching and creating helpful resources.
• Can work independently and meet agreed-upon deadlines.
• Care about making a difference for grieving families.

Nonprofit experience is not required.

Our Goal: Have a completed, organized resource library ready for review by December 2026.

We're hoping to onboard someone as soon as possible. This is a flexible, project-focused volunteer opportunity with the possibility of continued involvement as the Foundation grows.
