    Description

Create to End Alzheimer’s – Volunteer Ambassador for “Do What You Love to End ALZ”

Are you passionate about arts & crafts and ready to make a difference? Join the Alzheimer’s Association MA/NH Chapter as a volunteer Ambassador for Do What You Love to End ALZ™, our signature fundraising campaign that turns passions into purpose.

We’re looking for energetic, well-connected art enthusiasts to recruit and coach fellow players to start fundraising teams and rally their communities in support of Alzheimer’s care, support, and research. You'd be joining a fun local committee of dedicated Ambassadors who have a variety of passions, and are dedicated like you to ending Alzheimer's and all other dementias in honor of their loved ones.

Whether you’re a player, organizer, or just love the game, this is your chance to lead with purpose and grow the movement through the sport you love.

    Your Role Will Include:

    • Recruiting studios, local artists, and communities to start fundraisers
    • Hosting recruitment events and round robins to engage new fundraisers
    • Connecting with local businesses (e.g., art galleries, studios, paint & sip, craft stores, etc.) for partnerships
    • Tabling at events, giving presentations, and attending community events
    • Writing thank-you notes, sending follow-ups, and celebrating milestones
    • Phone calls and emails to targeted lists
    • Hosting a fundraising event of your own, no minimums required
    • Representing the Alzheimer’s Association mission with energy and heart

We’ll provide all the training and tools you need to succeed—you bring the passion, connections, and love for the game.

Let’s get creative while ending Alzheimer’s.

Contact your local staff partner, Meghan O'Neil, at maoneil@alz.org, or visit alz.org/endalzmanh to learn more and get involved!
