    About the Role

    Nuvia Global Foundation is seeking two volunteer Communications Specialists to support the organization’s digital communications and storytelling efforts.

    This role helps amplify conversations around identity, healing, leadership, and personal growth while increasing visibility for Nuvia’s mission to support girls and young women.

    The Communications Specialists will collaborate with the founder and media volunteers to help organize, refine, and publish content across multiple platforms.

    Platforms include:

    • Instagram
    • LinkedIn
    • Facebook
    • TikTok
    • YouTube

    Responsibilities

    Responsibilities may include:

    • Writing captions and short-form content for social media
    • Helping organize the content calendar
    • Scheduling posts using social media tools
    • Supporting messaging around Nuvia’s mission and initiatives
    • Reviewing edited videos and preparing them for publishing
    • Monitoring engagement and responding to comments when appropriate

    Tasks will be shared among the communications team depending on availability.

    Ideal Profile

    We welcome volunteers who:

    • enjoy writing and storytelling
    • are comfortable with social media platforms
    • are organized and detail-oriented
    • are interested in social impact and nonprofit work

    Skills That Are Helpful

    Experience with:

    • social media management
    • content writing
    • digital communications
    • Canva or similar design tools
    • scheduling platforms (Meta Business Suite, Hootsuite, Buffer, etc.)

    Language

    French or English required.

    Bilingual candidates are welcome but not required.

    Time Commitment

    Approximately 5–8 hours per week.

    Flexible schedule.
