Join our Bluegrass Care Navigators Cookie Crew. Bake prepared, pre-portioned cookies at our HQ office located in Lexington, KY. This wonderful service provides warmth and a taste of home to hospice patients, their visitors and staff. All supplies and training provided. Background screening and TB skin screenings provided.
