    Description

    We are looking for iOS App Beta Testers who have access to the App Store and are interested in beta testing a social media platform. Volunteer will report to Chief Technology and Development Officer.

    nenos, a technology nonprofit, is currently searching for iOS App Beta Tester Volunteers to help support the team’s development of a new social media platform. Volunteers will be have early ("Beta") access to social media platform updates and submit feedback on bugs, glitches, security gaps, and feature requests. Coding knowledge is not required for this opportunity.

    Responsibilities for this include:

    1. Have access to the App Store with ability to download the app.
    2. Actively create and engage on the social media platform to test features and settings.
    3. Preview pending updates to the app and share feedback.
    4. Review and record bugs, glitches, and security gaps in Linear or similar platform.
    5. Brainstorm or suggest features or updates to enhance the platform.

    Instructions:

    Before applying, please make sure you:

    • Have an iPhone with access to the App Store
    • Are able to download TestFlight (Apple’s beta testing app)
    • Have your device updated to the latest iOS version your phone supports
    • Are comfortable installing frequent app updates
    • Can take screenshots or short screen recordings when reporting bugs

    After applying, selected volunteers will receive:

    • A TestFlight invitation link
    • Basic instructions for submitting feedback
    • Access to our bug-reporting process (simple and beginner-friendly)

    No coding knowledge is required. We'd just like you to explore the app and report anything that feels broken, confusing, or interesting.
