Looking to advance your office skills or need to learn new skills while serving your community? As an administrative clerical office assistant volunteer you will be stationed in corporate administrative office working in one of several workstations. We would like those with basic or intermediate office skills, experience with Google Sheets/Docs, data entry, Microsoft Office skills,(Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Publisher), filing, copying, printing, mailing, making labels, etc. If you have no office skills that is ok, we will train you and we do give a reference when you are done with the program.
As a Clerical- Office Assistant volunteer you will perform general and various office duties, under the supervision of the Office Executive Administrator and Executive Director.

You will need to attend our 2 hour orientation interview. Applications will be taken on Tuesdays and Thursdays at 10:00 am. Applicants must be available for 2 hours when turning in the application, for orientation and interview on the same day.
Per California State law AB 506 it is required that all volunteers working in a child-serving organization complete a background and fingerprint check. Adult applicants will also be required to undergo fingerprints the same day (off-site) which is a cash only $30 fee (Minors will not have to undergo a background check).
