Mentor Youth In Palmdale And Make A Change in Your Community!

Mentoring is powerful. By becoming a young person's mentor, you can be the adult to positively impact the lives of our local youth with interest, compassion and consistency. With our project we create the village and the community our youth need to thrive with your help.

This is an in-person group mentoring program. You will spend most of your time in a group of fellow mentors and mentees exploring, talking, and learning about their needs while participating in activities to help keep the flow.

Mentoring gives youths more opportunities for success regardless of their background, and it’s especially important for youth who may not have consistent adults in their lives to connect with.

All mentors are required to complete a background check and training. Our mentoring coordinator will be available for support throughout the program.

We ask that you commit to at least 1 hour per week for a full year. Consistency is important to build trust between you and your mentee.
