Cavikas is a California nonprofit organization that uses Argentine Tango to create connection, confidence, movement, and belonging, with programs serving communities including older adults, amputees, cancer survivors, and young people.

Role Description

Cavikas is looking for a Volunteer WordPress / Elementor Website Specialist to help us complete a specific website project.

We need approximately six new program/landing pages added to our existing WordPress website using Elementor.

This is primarily a technical implementation role — not a content-writing, SEO research, or website strategy role.

We will provide the volunteer with:

• The content for each page
• The keywords and SEO direction
• The purpose and structure of each page
• Images and available materials
• Direction on how the pages should connect with the existing website

Your role will be to take these materials and build the pages correctly in WordPress/Elementor, making sure they are professional, responsive, technically sound, and ready to be used as landing pages for our Google Ad Grant campaigns.

Qualifications

• Strong experience with WordPress and Elementor
• Ability to build professional pages from supplied content and instructions
• Understanding of responsive desktop/mobile design
• Familiarity with headings, internal links, buttons, images, forms, and basic on-page SEO setup
• Ability to maintain the existing site's overall visual style
• Basic understanding of website performance and page speed
• Ability to troubleshoot WordPress/Elementor issues when necessary
• Reliable communication and ability to work independently

HTML/CSS knowledge is helpful but not required if you are highly experienced with Elementor.

Previous nonprofit experience is welcome but not required.

We are not looking for a complete website redesign or an ongoing webmaster. We are looking for someone who can take a clearly defined set of pages and materials and implement them correctly.
