Create Birthday Cards for Children with Rare Medical Conditions

Create handmade birthday cards for children who have rare medical conditions*.

Materials:

• Paper, construction paper, notecards, cardstock (No loose glitter, no envelopes, please!)
• Markers, glue, stickers, etc.
• Be creative!

Cards are accepted year-round.

After making your cards, PLEASE record your volunteer hours on CC4C's internal form here:

If you need your volunteer time verified, please email a pdf of your verification form to me (aahmann@cc4c.org) via email with a photo of your cards. Max of 2.5 hours per volunteer per month. For guidance, 6 thoughtfully and carefully created cards= 1 hour of service. No store-bought cards. We do not sign to verify court-ordered community service.
