Position Summary
Oversees the planning, coordination, and implementation of employee engagement and organizational culture initiatives. Leads a team responsible for fostering an inclusive, supportive, and values-driven workplace environment. Ensures engagement efforts align with organizational mission, policies, and workforce goals while promoting morale, connection, and retention. Serves as the primary point of coordination between the engagement and culture team and Human Resources leadership
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and coordinate the engagement and culture team, including assigning tasks and managing initiative timelines
- Oversee development and execution of employee engagement programs and culture-building initiatives
- Collaborate with Human Resources and department leaders to align engagement efforts with organizational goals
- Support initiatives focused on inclusion, recognition, and employee well-being
- Track participation, feedback, and outcomes of engagement activities
- Review engagement practices for consistency, effectiveness, and alignment with organizational values
- Provide guidance, feedback, and support to engagement and culture team members
- Support onboarding and training of new engagement and culture team members
- Promote collaboration, inclusivity, and a positive workplace culture
