About the Organization:
Women Into Networking (WIN) is a nonprofit organization dedicated to empowering women entrepreneurs/professionals and the men who support us through our networking community! At WIN, we empower women through our programs, projects, workshops, events, and activities.
Role Summary:
We are seeking reliable, committed, and consistent volunteer coordinators to help us lead and support our mission through various remote tasks.
Key Responsibilities Include:
~Support the Programs Manager
~Recruit General Volunteers through lead generation of Facebook groups, LinkedIn groups, and Volunteer Match
~Schedule a call with potential volunteer candidates to pre-screen them before connecting with the Programs Manager
Qualifications:
~Excellent communication and organizational skills
~Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
~Comfortable using digital marketing tools such as Streamyard, Zoom, Canva, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.
~Previous nonprofit or volunteer experience (1+ years)
