Honorary Director of Research: Cognitive Science & Vedic Systems (Volunteer - Unpaid Opportunity)
About the Opportunity
Vandanam is a movement dedicated to correcting the trajectory of human civilization through "Zero-Point Intervention." We are currently in our foundational research phase, preparing to build the Guru Vandanam campus—a physical sanctum for conscious development.
We are seeking a Knowledge Architect to serve as a volunteer Council Guardian. This is a high-influence role for a scholar-visionary who wants to bridge the gap between ancient Shastric wisdom and modern global science. While this is currently an unpaid/honorary position, you will be the primary intellectual architect of a project destined for global scale.
The Mission
Your immediate "Surgical" priority is to lead the publication of three high-impact papers.
- Paper 1 (Deadline Feb 30): A Systematic Literature Review (SLR) identifying the biological and psychological gaps in modern developmental models (Montessori, Waldorf, etc.).
- Goal: To establish the "Rishi Brain" and Garbha Sanskar as scientifically validated frameworks for the future of humanity.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Research: Conduct and oversee Systematic Literature Reviews comparing Vedic milestones with modern developmental standards.
- Philosophical Synthesis: Translate complex Sutras from Charaka Samhita and Garbhopanishad into peer-reviewed scientific hypotheses.
- Lead Authorship: Act as the Editor-in-Chief for Vandanam’s research publications, ensuring they meet the standards of journals like Nature or The Lancet.
- Campus Integration: Provide the intellectual blueprints that will guide the physical design and pedagogical structure of the Guru Vandanam campus.
Required Skillset & Experience
- Academic Background: Ph.D. in Cognitive Science, Neuroscience, Developmental Psychology, or Indology (or a Master’s with significant research/publication history).
- Research Rigor: Proven expertise in Systematic Literature Reviews (SLR) and academic writing.
- Dual Literacy: A deep respect for (and ideally a working knowledge of) Vedic texts and Sanskrit, coupled with the ability to communicate with the secular scientific community.
- Visionary Spirit: A commitment to Vasudhaiva Kutumbakam—the belief that the world is one family and deserves a higher ethical standard of development.
What You Gain (Incentives)
- Council Guardians: A permanent seat on the Council of Guardians and a leadership role in the physical campus development.
- Global Recognition: Recognition on research papers that aim to redefine prenatal and cognitive science globally.
- Legacy Building: The opportunity to be the intellectual architect of a new civilization-starter.
- Networking: Direct collaboration with a Global Advisory Circle, including top-tier neuroscientists and policy makers.
