    About Pathos Wildlife

Pathos Wildlife is a growing conservation organization dedicated to protecting wildlife around the world through cutting-edge technology, research, and community-driven solutions. Our mission is to support wildlife conservation projects that generate meaningful, measurable impacts for species and ecosystems while connecting people more directly to the conservation efforts they help make possible.

As a young and rapidly expanding organization, fundraising plays a critical role in helping us develop innovative conservation programs, support field research, and scale our impact globally.

    Role Overview

We are seeking a motivated and organized Fundraising Coordinator to help expand Pathos Wildlife's fundraising efforts and build sustainable support for our conservation initiatives.

The Fundraising Coordinator will work closely with organizational leadership to identify funding opportunities, support donor engagement efforts, assist with fundraising campaigns, and help develop strategies that strengthen the organization's financial sustainability.

This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about wildlife conservation, nonprofit development, relationship-building, and creating opportunities that help conservation projects thrive.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Contribute creative ideas for new fundraising strategies, campaigns, and donor engagement opportunities
    • Assist in identifying and researching potential grant, funding, sponsorship, donor, and partnership opportunities
    • Help coordinate fundraising campaigns and donor outreach initiatives
    • Collaborate with the communications team to develop fundraising content and impact stories
    • Track fundraising progress and help evaluate campaign performance

    Preferred Skills (But Not Required)

    • Interest in nonprofit fundraising, development, or donor relations
    • Strong written and verbal communication skills
    • Excellent organizational and project management abilities
    • Experience with fundraising, sales, marketing, or community outreach
    • Ability to work independently while collaborating with a remote team
    • Passion for wildlife conservation, environmental protection, or nonprofit work

    What You'll Gain

    • Hands-on experience supporting fundraising efforts for an international conservation organization
    • Exposure to nonprofit development, donor engagement, grant funding, and conservation finance
    • Opportunity to help shape fundraising strategies during a critical stage of organizational growth
    • Collaboration with conservation scientists, researchers, nonprofit leaders, and communication specialists
    • Professional experience that strengthens resumes and future careers in nonprofit management, fundraising, conservation, or philanthropy
    • Direct contribution to conservation initiatives that protect wildlife and habitats around the world

This is a flexible, fully remote volunteer position. It is well-suited for early-career professionals, nonprofit enthusiasts, students, or experienced fundraisers looking to apply their skills to a meaningful conservation mission.
