Description
Our office volunteer makes phone calls from the office. On Thursdays, the volunteer makes "Caring Calls" in which we call our patients to see if they need anything to get them through the weekend. The office volunteer also makes bereavement calls, contacting family members of our patients who have passed away. Bristol Hospice provides training for these types of calls.
