Volunteer & Youth engagement Support role

We are seeking a Volunteer and Youth Engagement Support to help us design and guide meaningful volunteer experiences while mentoring youth participants. This role is central to creating a welcoming, dignified, and skill‑building environment for all who join our Ecosystem Crew.

Coordinate volunteer onboarding, hour tracking, and appreciation letters through our portal.

• Mentor youth participants in areas such as marketing, community engagement, and event operations.
• Support family‑friendly programming, including storytelling stations and donation‑based daycare.
• Collaborate with vendors, marinas, and artisan partners to integrate youth and volunteer support.
• Maintain branded checklists, guides, and signage that reinforce ASCENDtials’ mission and identity.
• Represent ASCENDtials at MDBA activations and Yacht Club retreats, ensuring inclusivity and accessibility.
