Rape Hurts Foundation (RHF) is dedicated to supporting survivors of Gender Based Violence, Human Trafficking and Modern Slavery, advocating for freedom and healthcare as a human right. We are based in Jinja, Uganda, and share our work, awareness campaigns, and survivor-centered resources through our WordPress blog.

Position Overview

We are seeking experienced blog writers to contribute posts to the RHF blog. This is an unpaid, volunteer opportunity, but writers receive full credit for their work and can use published pieces in their professional portfolios.

Who Should Apply

You do not need a medical or clinical background. However, you should have:

• Excellent writing skills
• A genuine interest in healthcare as a human right
• Ability to stay informed about RHF’s current activities and mission
• Basic knowledge of HTML
• Willingness and ability to submit articles directly within RHF’s WordPress installation
• Ability to follow detailed directions and adhere to RHF’s Blogging Guidelines

Important Legal Note

Before RHF can publish or otherwise use any material you create, you will be required to grant RHF the legal right to publish and use the content you develop for us. Only writers prepared to follow RHF’s Bloging Guidelines should respond.
