    The Red Cross Los Angeles Region is looking for engaging speakers to give Preparedness Education presentations to various groups around the Los Angeles Region.

    Position is perfect for those looking to advance career and build resume in public speaking andpresentation skills.

    Position available for course credit; selected candidate may be eligible for recommendation/referral.

    Duties

    • Attend training
    • Sign up for presentations when available
    • Pick up equipment from Red Cross office
    • Give presentations to K-5th grade, senior citizens, or corporate groups
    • Return equipment to office

    Requirements

    • Comfortable speaking to groups
    • Engaging & personable.
    • Must be proficient with working in powerpoint and using a laptop and projector
