Real Work. Real Training. Real Experience. Greater Employability.

Learn how authors and nonprofit leaders are positioned, pitched, booked, prepared, and supported for speaking and media opportunities.

You will work on real projects while receiving hands-on, on-the-job training.

    What You May Work On

    • Organize approved bios, speaking topics, clips, testimonials, photos, and presentation materials.
    • Research podcasts, radio programs, schools, churches, conferences, and community events aligned with the mission.
    • Identify hosts, producers, event planners, and other appropriate decision-makers.
    • Draft and track outreach, pitches, follow-ups, bookings, and appearance details.

    What You Can Learn

Media Relations • Speaker Booking • Podcast Outreach • Public Relations

Professional Pitching • Research • CRM Tracking • Event Coordination

You will also receive practical exposure to AI-assisted business tools for research, organization, quality control, project management, and productivity, while learning when human judgment and review are essential.

Our goal is that after six successful months, you are more employable than when you arrived and can point to meaningful professional accomplishments on your résumé.

    Who Should Apply

A strong fit may be a communications, public-relations, journalism, marketing, media, event-planning, or business student—or a strong researcher and communicator who enjoys connecting people.

Applicants should be dependable, teachable, detail-oriented, comfortable with technology, and willing to receive constructive feedback. You are not expected to know everything already—the purpose is to learn through meaningful work.

    Supervision & Development

Interns receive orientation, defined assignments, regular supervision, feedback, and periodic check-ins. As skills grow, responsibility can grow. Academic-credit requirements can be coordinated with eligible schools when available.
