About Us
Better Minds is a volunteer project empowering underprivileged students in Vietnam through English and Critical Thinking. We operate 100% online under a "Pay It Forward" spirit.
Responsibilities
- Lead 1-on-2 online interactive English discussion and mini-debate sessions.
- Guide students (Pre-Intermediate/Intermediate) to build arguments and express ideas.
- Create an encouraging environment for active student participation.
- Provide constructive feedback at the end of each class.
Qualifications
- Proficient or native-level English speaker with clear communication.
- Passion for teaching, mentoring, or leading discussions (TEFL/TESOL is a plus, not required).
- Reliable, culturally empathetic, and committed to community impact.
- Available for 2–3 hours/week (flexible timing based on your time zone) for at least 3 months.
- Stable internet, camera, and microphone.
