    Description

    Grant Seeker and Writer (Committee Chair)

    This role will serve as the Chair of the Grant Writing Committee and will focus on identifying grant opportunities and developing strong, mission-driven proposals to secure funding for NeoHERO programs. Responsibilities include researching foundations and grant opportunities, coordinating grant writing and submissions, tracking application deadlines, and supporting reporting and communication with funders.

    The Chair will also help build and lead a small team of volunteer grant writers and grant seekers, identifying additional individuals who can assist with researching funding opportunities and preparing grant submissions to support the continued growth of NeoHERO’s programs. This position can be performed remotely and typically requires approximately 2–4 hours per week dedicated to grant research, writing coordination, and committee collaboration.
