    Description

    CAAM (Client Assisting & Appointment Making) Volunteer

    Summary: Looking for volunteers to help with client appointment making. Manage client appointments using Salesforce and respond to both email and phone.

    Responsibilities:

    • Manage new referrals via Salesforce
      • Process client referral form
      • Process client request
      • Process client opportunity
    • Respond to phone calls
    • Respond to emails

    Qualifications:

    • Strong computer skills
    • Comfortable learning computer programs (Salesforce)
    • Strong telephone skills
    • Excellent customer service abilities
    • Ability to multitask

    Availability:

    • Friday mornings
    • Onsite or remote opportunities

    2 shifts available:

    • 08:45 to 12:00 EST
    • 12:45 to 16:00 EST
