Description
Summary: Looking for volunteers to help with client appointment making. Manage client appointments using Salesforce and respond to email.
Responsibilities:
- Manage new referrals via Salesforce
- Respond to emails
Qualifications:
- Strong computer skills/tech savvy
- Comfortable learning computer programs (Salesforce)
- Excellent customer service abilities
- Ability to multitask
Availability:
- Friday morning, Friday afternoon
- Onsite or remote opportunities
2 shifts available:
- 08:45 to 12:00 EST
- 12:45 to 16:00 EST
