Well Read Sistas Inc. is expanding our 2025 programming, and we’re calling in talented, mission-aligned volunteer staff to help us elevate the sisterhood. These volunteer roles are high-impact, experience-driven, and perfect for professionals who want to serve, give back, and sharpen their craft while pouring into a community of Black women and girls.
If you are skilled, passionate, reliable, and excited to support a growing national literary movement—we want you.
✨ Models for the Annual Headshot Clinic
Confident, supportive volunteers who can demonstrate poses, assist participants in feeling empowered in front of the camera, and help create a warm, encouraging environment. Ideal for individuals with modeling, coaching, or mentoring experience.

- Experienced professionals willing to lend their skills in-kind
