    Description

Become a Mentor and Help a Young Person Discover Their Purpose

Life Anew Restorative Justice is seeking caring adults to serve as mentors through the Purpose Project.

Unlike traditional, open-ended mentoring, the Purpose Project is a structured, short-term mentoring experience. You’ll receive guided conversations, activities, and practical tools to help teens and young adults explore three life-shaping questions:

    • Who am I? — IDENTITY
    • What am I here to do? — PURPOSE
    • Where do I fit? — BELONGING

Over six weekly sessions, you will help a young person:

    • Recognize their unique strengths
    • Build confidence and resilience
    • Identify meaningful goals
    • Create a practical pathway toward their future

No Previous Mentoring Experience Is Required

You do not need a background in mentoring, counseling, or teaching. Life Anew provides:

    • Self-paced training
    • A step-by-step mentoring guide
    • Ready-to-use conversation materials
    • Ongoing support from our team

You’ll have what you need to mentor with clarity and confidence.

    Who We’re Looking For

We’re looking for dependable, encouraging adults who:

    • Are at least 21 years old
    • Can complete a background check
    • Can complete the required mentor training
    • Can commit approximately one hour per week for six weeks
    • Believe that relationships matter

This opportunity is for someone who wants to help a young person feel seen, heard, supported, and equipped to move forward with purpose.

Six Weeks. One Young Person. A Lasting Impact.
