Why this role matters

Behind every project at Period Reality is a lot of coordination, organisation, and day-to-day support that helps our work run smoothly. From managing tasks and keeping projects organised to supporting teams with operations and administration, this role helps create the structure that allows our impact to grow.

We’re looking for proactive and organised volunteers who are excited to support different teams across Period Reality and contribute wherever help is needed most.

What you’ll do

• Provide administrative and operational support across different Period Reality teams and projects
• Help with coordination tasks such as scheduling, follow-ups, documentation, and organisation
• Support project tracking and help ensure tasks and timelines stay on track
• Assist with research, data entry, resource organisation, and internal processes where needed
• Collaborate with Engagement Managers and volunteers to support ongoing initiatives
• Help improve workflows and contribute ideas that make projects run more efficiently
• Adapt to different team needs depending on priorities and project phases

• Strong communication and time management skills
• Comfortable handling administrative and coordination tasks
• Proactive, reliable, and able to manage responsibilities independently
