This role focuses on building connection, presence, and belonging within the community.

Community Engagement & Support is at the heart of AFK Cafe — you are helping create the actual experience members have when they show up.

This role is not about constant activity, but about intentional interaction, emotional awareness, and helping people feel seen, included, and connected.

You will support the social environment, help maintain energy in the space, and contribute to a welcoming and engaging atmosphere.

🛠️ What You’ll Do

• Engage in conversations across the community
• Welcome and include members in discussions
• Support members who may feel disconnected or unsure
• Encourage participation in chats, events, and activities
• Help maintain a warm, active, and inclusive environment
• Collaborate with moderators and onboarding when needed
