    About Us

Born with almost no control over how—and with whom—they live their lives, women and girls in Rajasthan, India are finding ways to leap over barriers based on class, caste, and gender through the programs of the grassroots Indian organization Sambhali Trust. Our team at Sambhali U.S. is proud to support their efforts and honored to tell the stories of the women and girls of Sambhali.

    About the Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable IT Admin Assistant to support the technical and administrative operations of Sambhali U.S. This role reports directly to the Volunteer Engagement Committee Chair and is critical in ensuring smooth onboarding for new volunteers, maintaining accurate records, and providing technical support across Microsoft 365 and SharePoint. If you enjoy problem-solving, organizing systems, and supporting teams behind the scenes, this position is a great fit.

      • Work with chair of the Volunteer Engagement Committee to update and manage all volunteer SharePoint sites including Onboarding Site.

      • Troubleshoot and resolve basic Microsoft 365/Teams/SharePoint user issues.
      • Maintain and update the volunteer tracking sheet.
      • Ensure all mandatory forms are sent to new volunteers and confirm that forms are filled out and submitted by both new and existing volunteers.
      • Collaborate with committee chairs to keep volunteer records and onboarding resources current.

    Skills & Qualifications

      • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
      • Working knowledge of Microsoft 365 tools (Teams, Outlook, SharePoint).
      • Ability to troubleshoot basic IT/user issues.
      • Comfortable managing databases, spreadsheets, and digital forms.
      • Excellent communication skills and responsiveness.
      • Passion for the mission of Sambhali U.S.
