    Description

Dueling Minds is a nonprofit built for AuDHD adults, people living with both autism and ADHD, and the broader neurodivergent community. Most support systems were built for one diagnosis at a time. We exist for the people those systems miss.

We're a small, early-stage team with real momentum. We have weekly peer support meetings with a large audience and following, a newsletter, a growing blog, and a tabletop RPG community program in development. We know where we're going. We need people who can help us get there.

Our board is small, and we acknowledge the need for inclusivity and diversity and are seeking to expand our board with these beliefs in mind. Our focus will be seeking people who have different experiences, backgrounds, and cultural insights that differ from our current board members.

The Growth and Strategy seat is for someone who has helped an organization scale. Not just grow in numbers, but grow in a way that's sustainable and doesn't collapse under its own weight. You've probably seen what happens when a small org tries to do too much too fast, and you know how to help leadership think through priorities, capacity, and partnerships. You'd help us make smart decisions about where to put our energy as we build toward hiring staff, expanding programs, and becoming the kind of org that's still standing and still doing good work in five years. Lived experience with AuDHD, ADHD, or autism, or deep understanding of these communities through your work or relationships, is required.
